FAQs
What areas do you serve??
Fun Answer:
Duuuval!!!
Professional Answer:
I primarily operate within the city of Jacksonville, FL. However, I am more than willing to travel to meet a client or for a destination photoshoot. Please not that I do charge travel fees.
Can I post these pictures to social media?
Fun Answer:
You’re tagging me, right?!
Professional Answer:
Of course! I would ask that you don’t make any alterations to the photo or add any filters. Lastly, it would mean a lot if you tagged me in the post, as word of mouth is crucial for a photographer’s career and ability to work.
Can I get the raw photos as well?
Fun Answer:
“It’s a no for me dawg!”
Professional Answer:
Raw photos do not represent the totality of a photographer’s work, so I do not present those to the client. To give an analogy, it would be like giving the raw dough to a client who ordered a cake.

Fun Answer:
Quit breaking my heart!
Professional Answer:
If you let me know at least 48 hours in advance, I’m more than happy to reschedule your shoot for a $25 fee. However, if you attempt to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your photoshoot, you will have forfeited your deposit and need to start the booking process all over.

Professional Answer:
Booking with me consists of the below steps:
Clients are encouraged to make initial contact with me to discuss their photographic needs. This can be done via email, a google meets meeting, or an Instagram message.
Once a client is ready to move forward, they can book a photoshoot directly through my website. Please note that all photoshoots require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Upon booking confirmation, I’ll send two documents to the clients
The first is a photography contract for the clients review and e-signature. These contracts are via Panda Doc.
The second is an invoice for the remaining balance of the photoshoot (if applicable). Please note remainder payments are not due until 48 hours prior to the photoshoot.
I will meet the client at the designated location per the photography contract and we’ll have an amazing shoot!
Within 48 hours of the photoshoot, I will send the raw images, via Pixieset, to the client for editing selection.
Clients are able to select more than the number of images offered in the package. They will be invoiced at a rate of $25 per additional image.
After clients make final image selection, I will edit the photos and return them within 15 business days.
What forms of payment do you take?
Fun Answer:
As long as it’s not pennies, I’m not complaining.

Additionally, if any of my equipment is damaged by the client’s guest, the client will be liable for the damage.
